Return & Refund Policy
- We offer 3 days return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

- Returns must be sent to the address mentioned in the contact us page.
- If approved, we’ll send a confirmation, Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For any questions, feel free to contact us at info@kostech.in.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g. personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g. Skincare products). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. - Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
